When will this transition happen?
March 1^st 2010, we began our transformation.   It will be several months before the entire facility will look completely like a Volkswagen retailer.

 

Why did this happen?

 

Saturn of St. Paul employees, like many, were dissapointed that the Penske purchase of Saturn was unable to be completed.  In an effort to keep jobs, and customers happy, Saturn of St. Paul management began seeking out brands that would be a good fit. Couple this with the fact that the east metro area has been underserved by a low-performing Volkswagen dealer in a hard-to-find location.   A great opportunity presented itself.

Replacing Saturn with Volkswagen, in addition to helping to save jobs, allows our company to keep serving our customers who have been faithful to Saint Paul Autos family of stores since 1990.   We are also excited to meet many new Volkswagen customers as they begin to service and purchase their vehicles with us.

 

Will I still be able to bring my Saturn here for maintenance and warranty work?

Of course!  Regardless of the name on the building, we will always be your Saturn experts and able to facilitate all maintenance, service and warranty work for our customers.  And always, will we continue to service all makes and models.

 

Will the familiar Saturn faces still be here?

Only the name on the building is changing.  The people won’t change, and the way we do business won’t change.

If I bought my Volkswagen elsewhere, can I service it with you?

Absolutely. We service all makes and models from Acuras to Volvos and everything in between. We offer express oil changes, express maintenance and full warranty work. Plus we have an onsite touch free carwash to keep your vehicle looking clean.

 

I heard about your grand opening contest. How do I enter to win the New Beetle lease?
